While most purchases are final, Parts For Less does offer exchanges under specific circumstances. Installation is permitted solely for the purpose of verifying that the part is functional and correct. Any use beyond testing (continued driving, damage, or modification) may void eligibility.

Parts For Less provides a 90-day parts-only warranty unless otherwise stated strictly limited to the following powertrain components:
This warranty covers the replacement of the defective part only, where the defect is determined to have existed at the time of sale and is attributable to Parts For Less. All other parts are sold with no warranty expressed or implied. Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Parts For Less. This warranty does not cover labor costs, installation, diagnostics, towing, fluids, seals, gaskets, downtime, loss of use, or any related or consequential expenses.
To request an exchange for a defective item:
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the defect is confirmed to be the result of an error on our end. Parts For Less is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. All parts are carefully packaged prior to shipment; however, once the shipment is in the carrier’s possession, liability transfers to the carrier.
Shipping damage will not be covered unless additional shipping insurance is purchased at the time of checkout. Without added insurance, the customer assumes all risk of loss or damage during transit. Any shipping damage must be reported directly to the carrier in accordance with their claims process.
Parts For Less provides a limited 90-day parts-only warranty unless otherwise stated exclusively for the following powertrain components: Engines, Transmissions, Transfer cases, and Differentials. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that are determined to have existed at the time of sale, under normal use and service, for 90 days from the date of purchase.
